The check-in was easy, and the room was comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom had a separate bath and shower, which was perfect for the kids. The location was excellent for visiting various places of interest in this city, especially the V&A museum. Plus, the hotel had free parking, which is a great advantage compared to most hotels.

The room was spacious and had a separate shower in the equally spacious bathroom. It was really comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Car parking was free and convenient, and the hotel was within walking distance to the city center and the V&A museum. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with the option to order additional items for free. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the swimming area with its two jacuzzis and steam and sauna rooms. The parking was convenient with a fairly big car park, a rarity in city hotels. The location, after refurbishment, was ideal, with the hotel being not far from the shopping centre and within walking distance of Dundee University. The breakfast was a delightful experience, with fresh and delicious options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
