The location was perfect, with easy access to Fenchurch St station, The Tower of London, Borough Market, and Southwark Cathedral. It was also convenient for exploring Commercial street, Brick lane, and the Tower Bridge underground station. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptional, providing us with complimentary breakfast for both mornings and drinks vouchers for one of the bars in the hotel.
Couldn't fault this hotel.

They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the underground and close to the river. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amazing beds.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me feel comfortable as a solo female traveler. The location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the Tower Hill tube station and close to the Thames. I loved the beautiful St Katherine's Dock and the stunning views of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London from my room. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of the city at night. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast provided a great selection with efficient and helpful staff.
