We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and modern, with everything controlled via iPad. The queen beds provided ample space for everyone to relax. The channel selection was great, and we enjoyed access to Netflix and Hulu. The pool was beautiful, and we loved the rooftop bar and lounge. The hotel's location was perfect, right between Disney and Universal, with easy access to transportation. the cleanliness, facilities, parking, and friendly staff made our experience truly enjoyable.

I had the best stay here thanks to the friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Checking in early was hassle-free. The hotel's sleek and minimalist theming was impressive. The proximity to the theme parks was perfect, with free shuttle buses that never made me wait too long. The Urban Pantry had great and affordable food options. The pool and amenities were just right for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff, especially Relay, were incredibly helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to Citywalk, the parks, and a footpath to Volcano Bay. The staff were efficient and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The touchpad controls in the room were a nice touch, and the gym facility was good for staying active. We loved the convenience of the food court and the variety of food service options, which made dining as a family easy and enjoyable. Additionally, being able to use the facilities at the adjacent hotels was a definite plus.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
