We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was very close to the Grand Ole Opry and the Opry Mills shopping center. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were impressive. We especially loved the indoor pool area with its beautiful setup and the rooms overlooking it. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with great service. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to many attractions, making it convenient for us to explore the city.
Hard to think of anything negative.
We had a fantastic stay! The staff was really helpful and friendly throughout our visit. They promptly replaced the lock battery when needed. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and the Starbucks-style cafe nearby. We also loved the convenient location, as it was close to Opryland and within walking distance to the convention center. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations, and the king size bed in our room was remarkably comfortable.
Couldn't stay longer.
We loved the overall look of the hotel and the cute lobby. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with big bottles of body wash, conditioner, and shampoo provided. We also enjoyed the detachable shower head and the ability to log into our Netflix account on the TV. The location was very convenient, as it was close to the Gaylord Convention Center and the Grand Ole Opry. There were also plenty of restaurants in the area, making it easy to find good and quick meals. The hotel staff was friendly and the check-in process was smooth.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for my plans to shop at a nearby mall and attend the Nashville Nights gymnastics meet. The hotel facilities were great, including a pleasant restaurant with regional menu options and entertainment. The staff were incredibly helpful and there was even a free shuttle to the nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two double beds and plenty of room for my travel items. The hotel also had a cool retro vibe on the inside.
