We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and couldn't do enough for us. From allowing us to check in early to offering complimentary shuttle service, they truly made us feel welcome. The hotel was in a great location, with easy access to Manhattan for all the tourist sights and to the commercial area for restaurants. The cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable, and the modern decor added a unique touch to the rooms. We also enjoyed the small fitness center and the convenience of having local restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and in superb condition. The bathrooms were classy with great decor and towels. The attention to detail was impressive, and the staff was helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, with an easy walk to the subway station and quick access to downtown Manhattan. There were also some really good restaurants in the neighborhood.
