We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating, adjusting our room to meet our needs. The restaurant host was attentive and ensured our food was prepared quickly, even though we had limited time before a concert. The hotel's location was perfect, with attractions like the Broad Museum within easy reach. We also enjoyed the cleanliness of our room and the excellent facilities, including a nice gym. The hotel's proximity to shops, restaurants, and even a subway station made it very convenient for us.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was central and convenient, with shops like Macy's next door and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The staff at the front desk was excellent and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the elite member lounge for happy hour and the daily breakfast. We also loved the view from the Club option on the top floor.
