We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in a perfect location, close to Michigan Ave and all the downtown places we wanted to see. It is right next to the L station at State & Lake, which made transportation very convenient. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms that made us feel like the first people to ever stay in them. The view from our room was amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. They were incredibly helpful and handled every issue with professionalism and a smile.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for a tourist like me who wanted to experience the city. It was in close proximity to attractions and allowed easy access to transportation options like busses, subways, and taxis. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including a rooftop bar and a lobby restaurant with delicious food. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the breakfast provided in the morning was also a great perk. The staff, especially Levi, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They even took care of my wifi charges without me asking, showing their exceptional customer service.

The staff were warm and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and had lovely artwork and decor. We enjoyed having breakfast in the cozy lobby.
