The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The location was convenient and close to shops and amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were recently remodeled and in really nice condition. It was ideal for our three-generation family gathering, with an 8-year-old who felt safe and loved the pool. The hotel staff were friendly and tried their best to make us feel at home. The location was excellent, with easy access to Waikiki Beach Walk, International Market, and Royal Hawaiian Center. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset from the beach and appreciated the free trolley to Ala Moana, Honolulu Zoo, and Diamond Head. The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch. We also loved the free bottles of water, coffee, and tea available in the room.

I loved the spacious and clean reception of the hotel. The seating areas were great! The pool bar was a real asset, although there could have been more places to sit in the sun around the pool. The location of the hotel was perfect - close enough to everything but away from the noise. The beach was just steps away, and I enjoyed easy access to shopping. The view of Diamond Head from the hotel was fabulous, and being able to step out onto the actual Waikiki Beach was amazing. The staff were friendly and made sure the room was kept clean. The towel service was great, and I appreciated the cultural activities like lei making and hula dancing.

We loved the location! Being directly on the beach was amazing. We didn't have to drive anywhere as the hotel was close to the main shopping and dining district. The hotel facilities, like the poolside restaurants and live music every night, were fantastic. The staff at this hotel were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.
