The hotel is clean, with great facilities, and close to transportation. We found it convenient to access the city center using the nearby metro. There are also local eateries and even a Dominos Pizza nearby. It's away from the busy tourist areas, but still close to the Santa Justa Train Station. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with quick room makeovers and a high standard of cleanliness throughout. We also appreciated the modern and well-maintained facilities, including the newly refurbished pool area. The hotel's location was ideal, close to both the city center and all the interesting attractions this city has to offer.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The pool area was amazing, with plenty of sunbeds available, both in the shade and in the sun. The pool itself was large and fantastic, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. The hotel's location was away from the busy tourist areas, but it was still close to the train station. It took me around 25 minutes to walk to the city center. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially receptionist Ainova, were extremely professional and helpful. They even carried our heavy bags to the storage area to speed up our check-in process. The pool area was great and the pool staff were attentive. The lobby area was very comfortable, and we appreciated the ice-cold water dispensers at the reception, which were a game-changer during the heatwave. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by the fast room service and the luxurious amenities provided, all at a very reasonable price. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was very close to the train station, airport, Nervion plaza, and the city center, which made exploring the city convenient and enjoyable.
