The room was spacious and not like a box, as depicted online. The hotel's decor was well done and the Wi-Fi was easily accessible and speedy. The staff were friendly, efficient, and asked for proof of essential worker status. The bar and restaurant areas, although closed, looked amazing. The hotel's location was close enough to the city centre to walk, yet far enough to be quiet.

I recently stayed at a hotel in this city and had an amazing time. The staff, especially Christine at reception, were incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options. the location was perfect, being close to the city center, transportation, and parking facilities. I also appreciated the music system and TV in my room, which added to my overall enjoyment of the stay.
