My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bell hop staff provided excellent assistance, helping us with all our luggage and making sure everything fit properly into our car. The location of the hotel in Union Square was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and local transportation. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the Ferry Terminal at the Embarcadero, allowing for a pleasant stroll along the waterfront.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, just one block from Union Square, making it easy to explore the vibrant area with its shops, restaurants, and access to transportation. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a spacious room that was cleaned daily. The coffee maker in the room was a nice touch, and the pods were refilled every day, along with complimentary water bottles. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the $25 daily voucher for room service or the restaurant, as well as the free dessert offered every evening from 7-9pm. The added bonus of receiving two free tickets for the street car was a nice surprise. We would definitely book here again if we return to this city.
Nothing not to love.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was brilliant, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of China Town and Northbeach, as well as bus and trolley lines. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly appreciated the concierge service, as they helped us book private tours for day trips from the hotel. The 2 queen-sized beds in our room were comfortable, and we enjoyed the great view. Additionally, the breakfast/snack bar on the 21st floor was exceptional.

The location of this hotel was central to a multitude of fantastic restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the culinary delights of this city. Furthermore, the hotel facilities were top-notch, offering everything one could need for a comfortable stay.
