We had a fantastic time staying here. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a recently re-done room that was absolutely beautiful and well-decorated. The brand new bathroom was a great touch. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we really appreciated the effort not to use plastic or paper for breakfast, as it showed their commitment to being environmentally friendly. The location was perfect, just a short walk up the street from the slow ferry, making it very convenient for transportation. The staff was amazing, particularly Stu who was not only a great conversationalist but also had an impressive amount of local lore at his fingertips. We loved the warm greeting and assistance with our bags as soon as we walked in.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown village cobblestone area, within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops downtown, the wharves, and to Brant Point. The breakfast provided was wonderful. The staff, including the concierge and receptionists, were extremely helpful.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially Stu who was not only a great conversationalist but also had an impressive amount of local lore at his fingertips. The hotel facilities were excellent, with complimentary bike rentals, umbrellas, and a car to use in the local area. The breakfast selection was delicious, and our room was well-appointed and comfortable, with plenty of natural light.
