We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The Junior Suite we booked was spacious, even larger than the one we had in Berlin at another Melia hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the airport and close to a mall in the upscale San Isidro area. Additionally, the breakfast offered was outstanding, providing a great start to our day.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, friendly, and always available to help with any request I had. Grover, Alex, and Susan at the front desk were particularly outstanding and always had solutions for any questions or issues. The room service was also great, with efficient and precise service. The hotel had a nice room with a great terrace that allowed me to get some fresh air. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, being close to a shopping center with plenty of eating options, and in front of a gigantic mall. It was also conveniently located near the Miraflores area.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the shower was the best we've had in Peru. The breakfast had a great variety and started early, which was perfect for our early flight. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the bus terminal and not too far from the airport. The staff, especially Grover, Alex, and Susan at the front desk, were extremely attentive and always had solutions for any requests. a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel offered excellent facilities, including a clean and comfortable "The Level Junior Suite" with a separate steam room. The breakfast provided was tasty and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us, especially Mr. Melendez at the front desk and Carmen in the restaurant. The location of the hotel in the upscale San Isidro district was perfect and allowed easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants.
