We had a fantastic stay! The view was amazing, our spacious room was clean, and the heating worked perfectly. The hotel's location was ideal as it was close to Universal Studios and other attractions in this city. We loved the convenience of the reliable shuttle service to Universal Studios, and it was great that we could even walk to the park. The staff, including the receptionist Astrid, were friendly and welcoming. The gentlemen who assisted us with our luggage were also wonderful. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay.

From the helpful valet and front desk to the accommodating employees, everyone went above and beyond. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to Universal Studios. We took advantage of the hotel shuttle and purchased discounted tickets, making our visit even more convenient. Additionally, the hotel had a variety of breakfast options available, including a buffet, a la carte, and a coffee shop with delicious bagels and muffins. The cleanliness of the grounds and the comfortable beds with amazing pillows also added to our positive experience.
