We had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived at 3.30am after a long flight, we were treated exceptionally well. The staff offered us a late check out, which was a lifesaver. The breakfast at the restaurant by the water was absolutely fantastic. The location of the hotel was amazing, with commanding views of the intercostal waterways and downtown in the background. There were also lots of convenient shopping options nearby. The pool and G bar were perfect for relaxing on our first evening. The newly refurbished room was modernized, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. The staff, especially the valet parking team, were brilliant.

The room had a fantastic view and it was a nice touch to have a balcony. The shower was amazing, with a soothing rain showerhead. The outside bar by the pool had a great atmosphere, and the bartender, Rodrigo, was very personable and attentive. The valet service was fast and the staff were polite, always greeting you as you pass.

The location of this hotel was superb, with close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and the water taxi. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and great view from our room. Additionally, the option to receive a $5 reward for choosing a green cleaning option instead of having the room cleaned each day was a nice touch. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
