Exceptional people working here, non-smoking room. They made my stay very nice. I got free upgrade and liked it. Breakfast was nice hot, there were good milk, grits, hot waffles, yoghourt and eggs. The hotel was placed in the central location. Apart from that, Dixie Stampede was 10 minutes away by driving.
The rooms were non-smoking, the staff were apologetic.
Peaceful location, very clean beds, fine staff. Thoroughly enjoyed Pigeon Forge, the hotel was reasonably priced. You can get to the bus station within 20 minutes' walk. I booked cheap accommodating room. The staff did all they can for a fun stay.
