We had a great stay at this hotel. The room we booked was a Business room, so it had extra space, including a comfortable couch. The room was spotless, and the carpet looked fresh, which was a pleasant surprise. We were able to book a room last minute at a fantastic rate during a busy concert weekend. The hotel shuttle promptly picked us up from the airport, and the check-in process was smooth. The location of the hotel was convenient, and the shuttle service was excellent for airport transportation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious room and comfy beds provided us with a restful night sleep. The included breakfast was a great addition, offering a variety of options such as a waffle maker, cornflakes, bread, eggs, juice. Additionally, the hotel's close proximity to the airport and the availability of a free airport shuttle made our transit to Niagara Falls in Canada very convenient.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large double bed and all necessary amenities. The pool and hot tub had longer hours compared to most hotels, allowing me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The convenient location of this hotel, close to the thruway, stores, and restaurants, made it easy for me to get around this city. The comfortable bed and pillows provided a great night's sleep, and the front desk staff, especially Maureen, were amazing. I will definitely choose to stay here again when visiting family in the area!
