We had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff, from Leandro to Ruben, and all the others, was incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms were fabulous and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the beautiful pool bar. The location of the hotel, on Cozumel's west coast, offered stunning ocean views from our balcony. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, and we appreciated the convenience of the hotel's transportation services. we were extremely pleased with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the attentive and friendly staff.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were always clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an infinity pool and swim-up bar that provided the perfect place to relax. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the town, ferries, and shops. We were especially impressed with the in-house dive shop, which offered great service, experienced dive masters, and the opportunity to explore the surprisingly healthy coral and marine life in the ocean swim area. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of options to suit all tastes. The staff, particularly Alejandra at the front desk, made our experience even more delightful with their friendly and attentive service.

We loved the location and convenience of this hotel. The staff, including Pedro and William, was friendly and helpful. The snorkeling off the pier was incredible, with lots of colorful fish and coral to explore. The food at the hotel was delicious and the breakfast was top-notch.
