This hotel is centrally located in downtown, making it convenient to explore popular attractions such as the Eaton Center Shopping Complex, Yonge/Dundas Square, and Chinatown. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, with well-maintained and spacious rooms. I found the hotel facilities, including the pool and gym on the 27th floor, to be a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air. The staff were pleasant, courteous, and efficient. The hotel is conveniently located in a safe neighborhood, close to Yonge and Dundas. There are plenty of onsite dining options, and I particularly enjoyed the superb food at the T/Bar Restaurant and Bar. Additionally, the location is fantastic, with easy access to transportation and tours starting from downtown. The pool on the 27th floor offers a stunning view of the city, and the free wireless internet worked perfectly.
Nothing to dislike.
This is my second time staying at this hotel in the last few years and I've been consistently impressed. The cleanliness is top-notch, with everything being kept in pristine condition. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the spa next door which offers a great way to relax and unwind. Additionally, the location is perfect for exploring the city, as it's quite near Union Station and right next to Elmwood Spa. The staff here are truly amazing, always friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in downtown. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel offered lots of amenities, making it very family-friendly. We will definitely be bringing our family here next time. The hotel was also easy to navigate and had on-site parking available.
